What payment methods do we accept?
We accept PayPal and credit and debit purchases with Stripe for shipped orders. For pickup orders, we accept cash, CashApp, and PayPal.
How do I apply discount codes to my order?
You apply the discount code at checkout and only one discount code can be applied to your order.
How to cancel or edit a order already placed ?

Can I return or exchange an item purchased and if so how ?
As of now we don’t offer any returns and exchanges on purchased orders.
What happens if the item ordered is out of stock ?

If you are dissatisfied with you products, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and what product you are dissatisfied.

We don’t provide refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL‼️
Where is the company located?
We are solely an online based company and we don’t have a storefront location but we do except pickup orders if you are located in the Orangeburg, South Carolina.
What do I do if a product is sold out?
Unfortunately we do not have specific restock dates. You may sign up for restock notifications on the website.
Where can I buy your products?
We only sell products at jzskinnovations.com at the moment. We may have the option to purchase items on on Etsy, Instagram shop or Facebook shop so follow our social medias to stay updated on that decision. We do not have a storefront location where products are sold but we do accept pickup orders if located in the Orangeburg area.
Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to the order once it is completed.
