How do I check the status of my order?
You will send a tracking number once the order is shipped through email.
Which company are the packages shipped through?
We ship domestic packages through the United States Postal Services. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What is the shipping process?
As we work diligently to ensure quality of these handmade products we ask that once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order before it shipped, even when choosing priority shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to upload in the system. Also items are pre-made to order so keep that in mind too.
